Hello! I’m Carleen and I’m a real estate investor and cofounder of Pillar Point Strategies, Inc.
I come from a military family and have a background in education and accounting. I have a heart for those facing difficulties and through real estate, I’m driven by a mission to create financial freedom for individuals and families along the journey. My focus is on uncovering hidden value in and transforming distressed properties into high-performing assets.
When I’m not deeply involved in coming alongside others, analyzing a fix and flip or searching for that next short term rental, I can likely be found with any of my large family of 6 kids and 12 grandkids or enjoying the next restaurant hot spot.
I look forward to serving and growing our community with transparency, integrity and confidentiality for our clients. For the investor we appreciate partnering with you and offer no less than double digit returns.

Hello, I’m Ruben Sosa, a Texas-based real estate investor who helps homeowners facing financial hardship, mortgage delinquency, or foreclosure find practical, compassionate solutions. As an Austin native, I’ve built my career on hard work, problem-solving, and a genuine commitment to helping people feel heard and supported during difficult times.
I bring more than 25 years of experience in commercial construction across the Austin and San Antonio markets, along with 12 years of honorable service in the U.S. Army. Those experiences shaped my values of integrity, discipline, accountability, and service, and taught me how to approach complex situations with patience, respect, and care. I understand that financial challenges can feel overwhelming, and I work to make the process clearer and less stressful for every homeowner I speak with.
In addition to helping homeowners sell their properties, I work closely with a network of wholesale buyers, real estate investors, and professional home flippers to identify the best opportunities for each property. Whether a home is best suited for a quick cash sale, renovation, resale, or long-term investment, I connect buyers with properties that align with their investment goals while creating win-win solutions for everyone involved.
I also invest in residential properties for both short-term and long-term rental opportunities, focusing on acquiring and improving homes that provide lasting value to neighborhoods while building sustainable investment portfolios.
My goal is to bring clarity when it matters most, help homeowners understand their options, and protect as much equity as possible.
